StyliCleaner Process
1. Indexing
CMM Stylus moves towards the StyliCleaner.
2. Sensor Activation
The CMM stylus moves along the activation sensor.
The activation sensor is sending a signal triggering the cleaning cycle to start.
3. Cleaning
The CMM stylus moves up and down through the cleaning unit, this takes only 20 seconds!
By using compressed air and cleaning liquid, the CMM stylus is fully cleaned.
The air is blown in full cirumference around the CMM stylus. This makes sure that filth does not stand a chance!
We highly recommend Isopropanol as cleaning liquid. Read manual for further details.
4. Done!
Once the CMM stylus is standing above the StyliCleaner the cleaning proces is completed. That is it!
The overall process takes only 30 seconds.
No recalibration needed.
